When you provide your mobile number on our website, by phone, or to a team member, you consent to receive transactional text messages from us — appointment confirmations, scheduling messages, booking links, day-before reminders, and post-service follow-ups — sent from (740) 913-3693 through our messaging provider.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for help. We will not send marketing or promotional texts to numbers that have opted out.

What that means in plain English: when you opt in to receive texts from us, your opt-in itself, along with the phone number and consent record associated with it, stays with us and our direct messaging provider. • Quo (formerly OpenPhone) — business phone, SMS, and shared team inbox (privacy policy).
• Retell AI — AI voice receptionist that handles inbound calls when our team is unavailable (privacy policy).
• Vercel — website hosting and serverless infrastructure (privacy policy).
• Zapier — automation between the tools above (privacy policy).
• Google Maps & Google Fonts — embedded map and web fonts (privacy policy).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with advertisers, marketers, or data brokers. The only sharing happens with the vendors listed above, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service you asked for.

6. Cookies & analytics

Our website uses essential cookies required for booking and login to function. We do not currently run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking on the site. If we add analytics in the future, we’ll update this policy and only use providers that respect Do Not Track signals.

7. Data retention

• Customer accounts and booking history: retained while you’re an active customer, plus seven years after your last booking for tax and accounting purposes.
• Call recordings and transcripts: retained for 90 days, then deleted unless tied to an open complaint or dispute.
• Email and SMS history: retained for two years.
• Website analytics: retained for 14 months.

You can request deletion of your account and personal information at any time by emailing admin@northcolumbuscleaning.com. We’ll honor the request unless we’re required by law to retain certain records (e.g., tax invoices).

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• See what information we have about you.
• Correct anything inaccurate.
• Delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Stop sending you texts or emails (reply STOP, or email us).
• Export your booking history in a standard format.

9. Children

Our service is for adults (homeowners, business owners, property managers). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we’ve received information from a child, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, for significant changes, notify active customers by email or SMS. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
